THREATENING COVID-19

THIS IS -  'Coronavirus'

2K20... What a year! Still more Eight more months to go. It's a hard time right! Our lives are in a hurry. We all wake up every day (not to be sure) and do our assigned work. But suddenly......
We are just staying in our home don't know what the f**k is happening around us.

The whole world is in PANDEMIC now. How and why this happened? From where? And lots and lots of questions are going in our heads.

What does the word Corona mean? It's a Latin word meaning crown or wreath.

HISTORY

It is first discovered in 1930 when the acute respiratory infections of chickens. In the 1940s two more animal coronavirus was lonesome. Then human coronavirus was discovered in the 1960s and isolated from a boy a novel common cold virus B814 and then many similar viruses like  SARS-CoV in 2003, HCoV NL63 in 2004, HCoV HKU1 in 2005, MERS-CoV in 2012 are discovered. But now we have one of the dangerous ones SARS-CoV-2 in 2019.

STRUCTURE

SARS‑CoV‑2 genetically clusters with the genus Betacoronavirus and is 96 percent identical at the whole genome level to other bat coronavirus samples and 92 percent identical to pangolin coronavirus.

Coronaviruses contain a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA genome. The genome organization for a coronavirus is 5′-leader-UTR-replicase/transcriptase-spike (S)-envelope (E)-membrane (M)-nucleocapsid (N)-3′UTR-poly (A) tail. and a complex biological process goes on and we are not looking into it deeply.
Its typical structure made it a tough one to encounter and researchers from all over the world are working hard to find the vaccine.

TRANSMISSION

The virus is spread primarily by close contact and by small droplets produced during coughing, sneezing, and talking. Studies found that it can spread up to 6 meters.

As these droplets when present on the surface; the people get infected when they touch the surface and then their eyes, nose, or mouth. The virus survives for hours to days on surfaces. Coronavirus mainly targets the epithelial cells (a basic type of animal issue ) and infects via the aerosol route.

CASES AND DEATHS :

  Till now
             Confirmed cases - 31,57,459.
             Deaths -  2,19,611.
             Recovered - 9,57,094.

It's such a deadly virus right! Damn... Let us hope for the betterment of mankind.

SYMPTOMS

Common symptoms are fever, tiredness, and dry cough.
Some people may experience:
                                                Aches and pains.
                                                Nasal congestion.
                                                Runny nose.
                                                Sore throat.
                                                Diarrhea.

PREVENTION

  1. Clean your hands using soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
  2. Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  3. Keep a safe distance from others.
  4. During cough or sneeze cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue.
  5. Follow the directions of your local health authority.

Camouflage Architecture

We are in the huge development of the technologies. But what about the architecture? What is the improvement in it? What's the recent research going on architecture? So here the topic called camouflage architecture . Camouflage describes a set of principles concerned with the nature and appreciation of beauty. The conversation inside the architectural Place–character hypothesis has taken a move. With conventional structures of the character holding less an incentive to society, and symbolism getting increasingly predominant, new models of place–character are important. This is comparative with a diminishing Nationalist viewpoint and an expanding investigation of the Post–Modern.  Furthermore, this idea includes been spread inside the urban setting since the First World War as an astute arrangement with the space to accomplish the most extreme advantage with minimal measure of misfortune. So the analyst put speculation that nowadays there are different parts of disguise which c...

Zero Point Energy

The energy consumption of the world was about 13.3 billion toe (ton of oil equivalent) by the 2016 data on energy consumption and population. We now have the world average consumption of 57 kWh of primary energy per day per person. So we are in huge demand for energy. A lot and a lot and a lot more... So how about grasping the energy from the thin air? We were taught that the vacuum is an empty space. Remember? But that's not exactly true. As if you dive deeper into the quantum world, below the level of molecules, atoms, electrons, protons, and subatomic particles like quarks and more and more the vacuum is not truly empty. It's randomly pops in and out of existence and the most important thing is that they generate energy.                  Whats exactly does Zero Point Energy mean?   It can be formulated in different ways, but to be simple it is the lowest yet non-zero energy of a quantum mechanical system. The ZPE  has taken into ...
